1. Sponsor

Each sweepstakes and rewards program on the FC Mother platform is sponsored by Square Roots ("Sponsor"). The Platform is operated at app.fcmother.com.

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the supplemental rules for a specific sweepstakes:

  • Open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C., excluding residents of Rhode Island, New York where state registration is required and not obtained, and any other states where prohibited), Mexico, and Brazil.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and any entity involved in the development or administration of the sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate.

Individual sweepstakes may have additional geographic restrictions (e.g., limited to specific countries). These restrictions are displayed on the sweepstakes listing and enforced at entry.

3. How to Enter Sweepstakes

3.1 Entry via Assists

To enter a sweepstakes using Assists:

  1. Create a free account at app.fcmother.com/signup (or log in if you already have an account).
  2. Navigate to the sweepstakes listing on the Platform.
  3. Choose the number of Assists to spend on entries. The conversion rate (e.g., "1 entry per 10 Assists") is displayed on each sweepstakes listing.
  4. Confirm your entry.

Assists can be obtained by earning them through social support actions on the Platform (free) or by funding them through financial contributions. Both earned and funded Assists are equally valid for sweepstakes entry.

3.2 Entry Period

Entries must be received during the sweepstakes entry period specified on the listing. Late entries are void.

4. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

FREE ENTRY. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter any sweepstakes. You may enter for free using the Alternative Method of Entry described below.

4.1 AMOE via Assist Completion

To enter without making a contribution, complete an eligible Assist for a mother through the Platform and submit the required proof for verification. Once approved, the Assists you earn may be used to enter sweepstakes at the same conversion rate shown on each listing (for example, "1 entry per 10 Assists").

  • Complete the Assist steps on the Platform
  • Submit the required proof of completion
  • Wait for verification and approval

No purchase is required to complete Assists or to earn Assists through community actions.

4.2 AMOE Entries

All AMOE entries (earned-assist entries) will be treated equally with funded-assist entries in the winner selection process. AMOE entries are awarded the same entry value as the minimum Assist-based entry for the relevant sweepstakes.

5. Sweepstakes Periods

Each sweepstakes on the Platform has specific start and end dates displayed on its listing. The entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the start date and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the end date, unless otherwise specified. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

6. Entry Limits

Individual sweepstakes may impose maximum entries per person. Entry limits are displayed on each sweepstakes listing. Entries exceeding the maximum are void. Entry limits apply equally to Assist-based entries and AMOE entries combined.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, macro programs, or any automated means are void. Entries from third-party sweepstakes entry services are void.

7. How Assists Work

7.1 Earning Assists

Assists are earned by completing social support actions through the Platform (e.g., preparing meals for Mothers, volunteering, referrals, community engagement). Each completed and verified action earns the number of Assists displayed on the Assist opportunity listing. Earning Assists is free.

7.2 Funding Assists

Assists can also be funded through financial contributions on the Platform. The conversion rate is $1 USD = 1 Assist (before multipliers or bonuses). Funded Assists are subject to verification and may be revoked in the event of payment disputes or chargebacks.

7.3 Spending Assists

Available Assists can be spent on sweepstakes entries and direct reward redemptions. Spending Assists is irreversible — once spent, Assists cannot be returned to your wallet. Assists spent on sweepstakes entries do not guarantee a prize.

7.4 Assist Value

Assists have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be sold or traded. See the Terms of Service for complete details on the Assist economy.

8. Prizes

8.1 Prize Descriptions

Each sweepstakes listing on the Platform describes the available prize(s), including a description and approximate retail value (ARV). Prize details for active sweepstakes are available at on individual sweepstakes listing pages.

8.2 Prize Value

If the actual value of a prize differs from the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8.3 Prize Conditions

All prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty. Prizes may be subject to additional terms, restrictions, expiration dates, or blackout periods (e.g., travel-based prizes). Winners are responsible for all costs not explicitly included in the prize description, including transportation, accommodations (if not included), taxes, gratuities, and personal expenses.

9. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes entry period. Because the number of entries varies, the odds of winning cannot be determined in advance.

Each valid entry (whether Assist-based or AMOE) has an equal chance of being selected. If a sweepstakes listing shows "1 entry per 10 Assists," spending more Assists increases the number of entries (and thus the probability of winning), but each individual entry has the same selection probability.

10. Winner Selection & Notification

10.1 Drawing

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor or an independent third-party administrator within 30 business days after the entry period closes. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

10.2 Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their FC Mother account (or the email provided in an AMOE entry). Notification will be sent within 7 business days of the drawing.

10.3 Response Deadline

Potential winners must respond to the notification within 14 days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within 14 days, or failure to comply with any verification requirement, will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

11. Winner Verification

Before receiving a prize, potential winners may be required to:

  • Verify their identity, age, and eligibility (via government-issued ID or other documentation).
  • Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification.
  • Provide a valid mailing or shipping address for prize delivery.
  • Comply with all applicable tax documentation requirements (see Section 12).

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with any verification requirement, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

12. Tax Obligations

All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more (US residents), the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before receiving their prize.

Winners in Mexico and Brazil are subject to the tax laws of their respective countries. Consult a local tax advisor for guidance on tax obligations related to prizes.

13. Direct Rewards Program

13.1 Overview

In addition to sweepstakes, the Platform offers a Direct Rewards program where users can redeem Available Assists for physical or digital rewards. The Direct Rewards program is not a sweepstakes or game of chance — rewards are guaranteed upon redemption (subject to availability).

13.2 Reward Availability

Rewards are subject to inventory limits, geographic restrictions, and maximum redemptions per user, as displayed on each reward listing. Rewards may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time.

13.3 Fulfillment

  • Digital rewards are delivered electronically (e.g., codes, downloads) upon redemption or within 3-7 business days.
  • Physical rewards require a valid shipping address. Shipping times vary by destination. The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

13.4 Non-Refundable

Assists spent on reward redemptions are non-refundable. If a reward becomes unavailable after redemption, the Sponsor will offer a substitute of comparable value or credit the Assists back to the user's Available balance.

14. Assist Earning Rules

14.1 Verification

Earned Assists are subject to verification. Some Assist types are auto-approved upon completion; others require evidence review by Sponsor's moderation team. The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Assist claim that does not meet the stated requirements.

14.2 Revocation

The Sponsor may revoke Assists that were obtained through fraudulent claims, false evidence, policy violations, or error. Revoked Assists are deducted from the user's Available balance. If the user has insufficient Available Assists, an "Assist Debt" is created and offset against future earnings.

14.3 Cooldowns and Limits

Individual Assist opportunities may impose cooldown periods (e.g., once per 24 hours) and maximum claims per user. These limits are displayed on each opportunity listing.

14.4 Multipliers

Certain conditions may grant bonus Assists through multipliers (e.g., subscription tier multipliers, country boosts, activity streaks). Multiplier rates are disclosed at the time of the action and are subject to change.

15. Leaderboards & Competitions

15.1 How Leaderboards Work

The Platform displays public leaderboards ranking users, countries, and clubs by Assist activity:

15.2 Display

By participating in Assist activities, you consent to the display of your display name (or initials), country, club, and Assist totals on public leaderboards.

15.3 Campaigns

The Sponsor may create time-bound campaigns with dedicated leaderboards. Campaign-specific rules will be published alongside the campaign listing.

16. Prohibited Conduct & Disqualification

The following will result in disqualification from all sweepstakes, rewards, and competitions, and may result in account suspension:

  • Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading Assist claims or evidence.
  • Using automated means (bots, scripts, macros) to earn Assists or submit entries.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits or accumulate Assists.
  • Selling, trading, or transferring Assists or sweepstakes entries.
  • Engaging in referral code abuse (self-referral, coordinated referral rings).
  • Tampering with the entry process or the Platform.
  • Acting in a manner that is unfair, deceptive, or in violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and void any entries obtained through prohibited means.

17. Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering any sweepstakes or participating in any rewards program, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Participation in the sweepstakes or rewards program;
  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or reward;
  • Technical failures, human error, or unauthorized intervention affecting the Platform;
  • Injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation.

The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or garbled entries; technical malfunctions; or circumstances beyond their reasonable control that affect the sweepstakes.

18. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with sweepstakes, rewards, and Assist activities is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering a sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.

Winner names and general geographic locations (city and state/country) may be published on the Platform and in promotional materials, subject to applicable law. Winners in jurisdictions that prohibit publicity without consent will be given the opportunity to opt out.

19. Disputes

All disputes arising from or relating to any sweepstakes or rewards program are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver (where enforceable).

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of NY, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. General Conditions

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined in the Sponsor's sole discretion.
  • If any sweepstakes is canceled, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
  • The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Entrants who violate these Rules or the Terms of Service may be disqualified and banned from future promotions.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
