Submit proof of a real-world support action — a photo or video of you helping a mother.
Complete Tasks
Complete featured tasks like listening exercises, wellness challenges, and more.
Invite Friends
Share your referral code. When friends join and participate, you both earn assists.
Fund Assists
Contribute financially — every $1 contributed earns 1 assist toward rewards.
